JewishERGs Launches 2025 Impact Report

February 16, 2026 | JewishERGs Team

JewishERGs today announced the release of its 2025 Impact Report, documenting a year in which the organization expanded to over 450 leaders across 215+ organizations in 7 countries, reaching communities across 5 continents. The report highlights how JewishERGs is building the infrastructure that turns individual ERG leaders into a coordinated movement: through peer networks, real-time crisis response, resources, and advocacy channels that elevate Jewish workplace inclusion at the highest levels.

“2025 was another year in which we proved that Jewish ERG leaders needed a dedicated global community,” said Steven Phillips, Executive Director of JewishERGs. “We launched Lev, responded in real-time to crises affecting our members, and elevated Jewish workplace inclusion to the global stage at the United Nations Forum on Business and Human Rights”.

Key 2025 highlights

The Impact Report captures several milestones from across the year, including the launch of Lev in December. Lev is JewishERGs’ first-of-its-kind digital platform built specifically for Jewish ERG leaders. The report also spotlights a busy global convening calendar, including programs such as a Jewish American Heritage Month mixer for over 100 attendees, crisis briefings during the Iran war that supported 200+ ERG leaders and attendees, and a sold-out One Day in October screening and panel for 250 people in New York.

What leaders reported needing most

The report also shares findings from the JewishERGs 2025 Pulse Survey, based on responses from ERG leaders who are members of the JewishERGs network. Among the insights: 49% of ERGs reported having an annual budget. The survey also found 20% of organizations had “budget available on request,” and 32% reported operating without a budget. It also notes that 25% said they are not considered a “top-tier” ERG within their organizations.

Looking ahead to 2026

The report outlines a 2026 vision focused on scaling Lev, expanding leader development programs, deepening global reach with local partnerships, and building a sustainable team (including hiring 3–4 FTEs). To sustain and grow the network while keeping resources free for volunteer leaders.
