Steven Phillips
Born and raised in London, Steven built a successful career in technology, solving large scale IT and Cyber Security challenges. While at Amazon, he founded their Jewish Employee Group, igniting his passion for building Jewish communities and educating others about Jewish identity.
In 2022, noticing a need for support for those starting and running Employee Resources Groups, Steven co-founded JewishERGs - now the world’s largest network of Jewish Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders.
In 2024, Steven left his technology career behind to focus full-time on JewishERGs. Since then, he has created and led two trips to Israel, conducted research, created resources and workshops and has built and supports the thriving global community of Jewish leaders that is JewishERGs.
Bella Phillips
Bella often makes surprise appearances in the background of video calls, effortlessly brightening the mood with her fluffy Bichon Frise charm.
She is an avid lover of walks where she can explore every scent and sight with boundless enthusiasm but only when it’s not raining and there’s no mud to contend with!
Bella’s vocal personality shines through her enthusiastic barking, which occasionally adds a lively note to meetings usually when the doorbell rings.
Bella has a particular fondness for challah and is always excited and ready to eat her slice at the shabbat table.
